History of Scholl Shoes.

Scholl Sandals have been been looking after your feet for well over one hundred years when Dr WM Scholl extended his life's health inspired mission in to the physical manifestation of his work, be developing the first of his company's health improving sandals. He wanted to improve people's health through their feet , something that Scholl has been doing now for a long time.

Scholl Shoes' devotion to this remains as strong as ever with the introduction of many technological innovations along the way, to develop an ever increasing range of wonderful shoes and sandals and of course their patented foot care solutions.

So what caught our eye when selecting Scholl for inclusion in our ranges for 2011. Its rare that a brand catches our eye so completely as Scholl did when we visited the Berlin Fashion Exhibition - Bread and Butter as we did during Autumn 2010, but when we saw the new Scholl sandal range we knew we had to have it. Scholl have developed a truly amazing collection of well designed shoes and sandals in the most up to date colours and materials.

You would expect that when clogs are hot Scholl should be at the head of the pack and this season they most certainly are!

Scholl Shoes consist of a range of wooden sole clogs such as the Band 5 Sandals which combined the retro aethstic of Dr Scholl's original sandal with a small heeled wooded unit. The sleeve upper is similar but the look and feel is bang up to date.

Then there are the selection of cork wedges featured in styles Edna and Musal - just the right height with a comfort suede covered footbed. Edna is a toe post and Musal a sleeve sandal in the Scholl tradition.

The higher sandals featured such as Vita are on a higher wedge with ruched leather upper, cork wedge and again a suede confort footbed.

Bimini and Bahama are lower and more traditional, perfect summer sandals if you want a flat. Finally Cena and Fara are high fashion high heeled clogs but again have all the comfort features of the other sandals in the range.

We can't compliment Scholl Sandals higly enough for there great range of fashion comfort sandals - we have even bought in to the brand's new wellie and slipper range for the winter as well as the Scholl snow boot!
